11 | The First 2 Daily Rhythms Every Busy Mom Should START With

Hi, friend!

In today’s episode, I’m giving you the first 2 daily rhythms you NEED to start implementing as a busy mom. If you’re struggling with overwhelm, feeling like your brain will never shut off with all the things that constantly need to be done, and you just feel completely SPENT by the end of every single day lately, this is specifically for you. I know it’s so hard to figure out WHAT to change first, what the root of the overwhelm truly is, where to even get started…you know you want more peace in your days and to feel more present, but you just don’t know where to even start.

Every time you sit down and think about it, all you can think is that everything in your entire life needs an overhaul and you’re ALREADY overwhelmed and exhausted so how on earth can you decide what areas of your life need an overhaul FIRST? That is what I am here for, friend, and this episode is going to be exactly what you need. I’m going to give you the first 2 specific rhythms to start with and focus in, find consistency for them to become a habit, BEFORE moving on to anything else. We’re not going to overhaul everything all at once and then abandon it 2 days in because we’re completely overwhelmed, this episode is going to give you the boundaries and guidelines you need to really hone it in and start in the areas that are going to make the biggest impact FIRST. I pray that this episode is a blessing for you! Enjoy!

Hugs!
